Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has a truly amazing entrance along the front sidewalk with lovely carvings and paintwork, but overlooking the street was not what I was expecting. The location is simply perfect, right downtown in the historical center of Queretaro, allowing you to walk to all the delightful squares and churches. The dining experience was a mix as the hotel offered mimosas and buffet in the mornings but the coffee was really very bad for a hotel of that category. Overall, the rooms dimension, service, and position were on the good side, but the misrepresentation of the rooms on the website and the Italian restaurant being truly awful were significant drawbacks.
Our stay at this hotel was quite surprising, as the rooms opened up to the courtyard instead of the street, making it incredibly quiet. While it wasn't what we expected, it was a unique experience staying in two different royal suites due to our Mexico itinerary.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with a rooftop patio and outdoor jacuzzi, though they faced the courtyard instead of the street. The service was warm and welcoming overall, but there were moments of distraction due to the language barrier. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historical center of Queretaro. Despite the limited dining options and high pricing, the overall experience was memorable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy despite overlooking the street. The service was top-notch with the owners being very friendly and helpful, even though my Spanish was just average. The location couldn't have been better, right in the historical center of Queretaro with easy access to all the attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially listening to live music. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, exuding a charming character that set them apart from the rest. The service was polished, courteous, and professional, especially the gentle doorman. The hotel's central historic downtown location was superb, allowing easy access to all the attractions in the city center. The dining experience was wonderful, with tasty cooked eggs served for breakfast. Overall, a fantastic choice for a memorable stay.
